So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed one.
For the law of the Spirit of life flowing through the anointing of Jesus has liberated us from the law of sin and death.

God loves you!

We sometimes find it difficult to believe that the Lord loves us because we sometimes do things, we are not proud of, or live our lives in a manner that does not please the Lord.

There may be some memories in our lives that bring fear and shame. Memories and thoughts of our past life lived outside Christ, can hinder us from receiving the love of God.

Many times, when we miss the mark and the Lord forgives us, if we don’t deal with guilt, we can enter into condemnation. It is a hindrance to receiving God’s love, sometimes it is condemnation from others and sometimes self-condemnation.

When we walk in condemnation, we think that we do not have a right to the love of God until we are perfect. Or that the Lord will not want to talk with us or have anything to do with us until we are perfect but this is not true.

God wants you to allow Him to love you even when you feel imperfect, messy and unlovable.

God does not want you to do anything in your strength; He wants you to trust Him with all the nitty-gritty details of your life. He wants you to give Him your shame, let Him give you beauty.

He is worthy of our trust. He can bring beauty out of ashes. He has the power to bring good out of what looks like dirt or is outright evil in your life.

God loves you. He is good. He is good to you. He wants to do you good. He does not condemn you. You are free. The case is closed.

Shame and fear will paralyse you if you let it. Shame and fear will stop you from fulfilling destiny if you let it. Shame and destiny will cause you to shrink if you let it.

Shame and fear will cause you to run from God and people if you let it. It will stop you from making deep connections with the people closest to you and the people necessary for your destiny if you don’t know the truth.

But {in fact} He has borne our griefs, and He has carried our sorrows and pains; yet we {ignorantly} assumed that he was stricken, struck down by God and degraded and humiliated {by Him}.

Jesus bare our shame and humiliation on the cross at Calvary. Shame and condemnation are an enemy in our life. It is an enemy of our destiny and should not be tolerated.

No matter where you used to be or what you have done or did yesterday, there is no condemnation if you follow after the Spirit of God.

Nothing you do can stop God from loving you. His love is already demonstrated on Calvary by sending His son to die for you on the cross.

Even if you have done things that you are not proud of, God sees you and He loves you perfectly. When you are born again and have made Jesus Lord of your life, you are free.

You are free to live free above sin and to live according to the leading of God’s Spirit.

You are free to live free from the control of other people or the dictates of society contrary to God’s word.

You are free, don’t try to be perfect.

Choose to receive God’s love. Live a life where receiving the love of God and loving others is the priority. If you try to love others in your strength, you will fail. If you receive the love of God, you will always have enough of the love of God to give to others.

Such hope {in God’s promises} never disappoints us, because God’s love has been abundantly poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Romans 5:5 Amplified Version

The case is closed and we can now live controlled by the spirit of love, power and a sound mind. We can live controlled by love, the word of God and the Spirit of the Lord.

The case against you has been dropped. You stand before the Father blameless and irreprovable.

You have been justified in Christ Jesus. You have been declared not guilty by the blood of Jesus and so you have access and boldness to enter the throne of grace at any time of the day or night.

You can request anything at the altar of God and expect answers because by the blood of Jesus you are now His child and an heir of God.

You don’t have to entertain thoughts of guilt and fear when you enter into the presence of the Lord because you are accepted in the beloved; you are a part of the family of God.

Shame has no right to be in your life, fear has no right to be in your life. Jesus is in charge of your life now. These have been crucified on the cross.

In the words of Jesus, the Father is the vine and we are the branches and we cannot do anything apart from Him.

John 15:5-10

⁵“I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from me you are powerless.

⁶If a person is separated from me, he is discarded; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire to be burned.

⁷But if you live in life-union with me and if my words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done.

⁸When your lives bear abundant fruit, you demonstrate that you are my mature disciples who glorify my Father!

⁹“I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves me. You must continually let my love nourish your hearts.

¹⁰If you keep my commands, you will live in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands, for I continually live nourished and empowered by his love.

You are holy, righteous and blessed.

Your call is to live nourished and empowered by the love of God, just as Jesus did. God is your source.

You are a son and daughter of God and you are called to walk in boldness by the nature of God in you. You are called to fulfil everything in God by receiving His love and giving it back to Him when you love others.
